What makes BluTek a superior hose? The revolutionary, co-extruded Dual Core exists as the primary difference between our product and others on the market. The inner core tube is made from a compound that other companies sell as moisture resistant. The BluTek inner core offers top-tier chemical compatibility properties, moisture ingression resistance, temperature rating, and flexibility into the composition of the hose. On the other end, the outer tube, made from a family of compounds that are widely known for their moisture blocking properties, works to keep and prevent moisture from leaking in. Traditionally, this family of compounds typically has two major challenges associated with them: low temperature rating and low chemical compatibility. Lacking these attributes has prohibited other hoses on the market from better success and performance in the SPF and coatings industry. Now, however, BluTek and its superior Dual Core co-extruded tubes, have been dutifully tested to prove its performance as three times better than other moisture resistant hoses in the industry.
